Conference Day Delegate Package

The package includes: 

Arrival tea & coffee: start the day with fresh brewed tea and coffee.

Morning tea: Includes fresh brewed tea, coffee and chilled orange juice, accompanied with a fresh fruit platter and muffins.

Lunch: Choose from the following options:
Option 1 - a light working style lunch, inclusive of soft drinks and orange juice (please select 4 items from our stand up working lunch menus)
Option 2 - table banquet served in the Pagoda Restaurant and Bar, inclusive of soft drinks and orange juice
Option 3 -  international buffet served in the Pagoda Restaurant and Bar, inclusive of soft drinks and orange juice (minimum of 40 guests required for this option)

Afternoon tea: Includes fresh brewed tea and coffee, accompanied by homemade cookies.

Room Hire Main plenary venue only, includes iced water and mints.


Audio Visual Motorised drop down projection screen, flipchart and
whiteboard with markers, main plenary venue only.


Stationery Pads and pens.
